Baru aja pulang dari IDP Pondok Indah dalam rangka mengambil hasil IELTS tanggal 10 April lalu. Dan hasilnya *eng ing eng * buruk -_-’

Ga buruk-buruk amat sii. Tapi tetep aja ga cukup buat aku pergi kuliah ke luar negeri. Bye bye Twente T_T

Kalau ada orang yang bertanya ke aku,yang disebut pemimpin itu yang seperti apa??Maka aku akan menjawab dengan semboyan di atas..Semboyan di atas haruslah diamalkan oleh seorang pemimpin yang baik

Di Depan Menjadi Teladan

Seorang Pemimpin harus mampu berdiri paling depan. Memberi contoh dan sebagai panutan untuk rakyatnya. Bagaimana pun, pemimpin adalah tolak ukur bagaimana kualitas pengikutnyanya. Tidak ada prajurit yang bodoh, yang ada hanyalah jenderal yang bodoh.

Di Tengah Membangun Semangat

Seorang pemimpin juga harus berada di tengah-tengah pengikutnyanya. Bersama dan berbaur mewujudkan tujuan bersama.  Bukannya memperlihatkan eksistensi mereka dengan mobil mewah dari uang rakyat.

Dari Belakang Mendukung

Mendukung untuk pengikutnya mampu mengembangkan diri. Menurut pandangan saya, kalimat ini mungkin lebih menekankan pemimpin sebagai ‘pelayan’ (kalo bahasa keren management-nya, servant leadership). Pemimpin sebagai pelayan harus memenuhi keinginan dan amanat dari pengikutnya sehingga mendukung pengembangan diri dari pengikut-pengikutnya tersebut.

Oia, semboyan Ki Hajar Dewantara itu kan dipakai sebagai semboyan dalam dunia pendidikan. Berarti sebagai siswa, mahasiswa, atau pelajar diharapkan mampu bersikap sebagai seorang pemimpin. Jadi jangan ngaku pelajar/mahasiswa/siswa kalau ga bisa jadi seorang pemimpin

Yaa,itu tadi sedikit interpretasi dan pemikiran malam hari ini. Setelah melihat rapat Pansus Century dan film 13th Warrior.
